AI analyses the client's questionnaire across all service types, creates a unique ID and personal folder, and calculates the frequency and cost of services. Following the Human-in-the-loop approach, a staff member then reviews the calculation, can adjust it (e.g. apply a discount) and sets the status to "Approved", which triggers the next step.
Once the calculation is approved, the system automatically generates a Letter of Engagement and Schedules of Service, and sends them to the client for signature.
